Its Like We Came One Of Those Days

We May Never Come This Way Again

Reginald And The Rubber band Tree

This is Reginald and he is 6 years old

One day while playing with a flower pot full of dark black dirt, Reginald planted some rubber bands in the black dirt.
From the faucet of the tub he filled an old plastic coffee can with water and took it to the flower pot full of dark black dirt and poured the water into it.

Every day when Reginald got home from school wash his hand and then eat his dinner and go outside to water the flower pot full of dark black dirt

One day while watering the flower pot his mother call him and asked him what he was doing and Reginald told her that it was a surprise a very big surprise for her

he did this faithfully day by day as one day came and went and two days came and went three days came and went till one week came and went then two weeks came and went when he went to water the flower pot full of dirt he saw a very little green stem sticking up out of the dark black dirt

day by day Reginald watch the stem get bigger and bigger till it was as big as he was, as big as a 6 years old and instead of leaves it had little black rubber bands growing on it

Reginald watched the rubber band tree get bigger and bigger day by day till it was as big as the sky and rubber band was blowing in the wind

Reginald climbed up the rubber band tree and picked a handful of black rubber bands

he went to show what he had grew as a surprise to his mother and she was very glad at the good joy that he had done and she said that she have never seen such beautiful black rubber bands in her life she took some of the newly picked black rubber bands and put them in her long brown hair then she gave Reginald a big kiss and said thank you for my most wonderful surprise.
